Hello and Welcome. You have taken that first courageous step into freedom. Acknowledging that your life has become unmanageable or that your relationships are suffering is a painful realization. We all have dark or unformed parts of our hearts that we need to pay attention to. There are wounded places in our stories that need an opportunity to heal, and this happens in the context of authentic, vulnerable relationship.
